Determinants of Financial Performance and Their Impact on Firm Value in the Building Construction Industry Sub-Sector

This study aims to analyze the effect of intellectual capital, managerial ownership, company size and financial performance on firm value. research was conducted at building construction industry sub-sector companies listed Indonesia Stock Exchange for observation period from 2017 – 2021. A total sample 9 obtained using a purposive sampling technique. used panel data regression analysis with STATA 17 software. The results showed that capital had positive significant company's performance, while ownership negative effect. Intellectual has insignificant value, have is able mediate influence However, not will an impact increasing understanding consideration investors when making decisions invest in Indonesian Exchange.
